The charging of Lithium-Polymer (Li-Po) batteries

is not permitted on Club premises under any circumstances.

They require special equipment and chargers which the Club do not possess – the Club’s own battery chargers are not suitable for use with these batteries.

These batteries constitute a considerable fire hazard if they are not handled and recharged with the proper equipment in a controlled and supervised environment.
